Daedalus has a long and interesting history associated with the military dating from the early part of the twentieth century. As plans for the site evolve, SEEDA is keen to ensure that this heritage is preserved and enhanced and that there are lasting reminders of what this unique site once was.

Following an appeal for information during Summer 2008, Groundwork Solent compiled this fascinating archive. As you will see, this provides a variety of information about the site's past in the form of interview transcripts, photos, displays and memorabilia.
